Gladney Counseling Services seeks to promote meaningful change through trauma-informed counseling.   Gladney’s counseling program acknowledges each client’s life experiences to deliver compassionate and effective care. We provide a safe, non-judgmental place for individuals, families, and children to process trauma and to find healing and understanding for a brighter future.

Services

Gladney Counseling Services provides individual, couples, and family counseling through in office and virtual online therapy.  We specialize in adoption related issues, complex trauma, relationships, life transitions, emotional regulation, attachment, anxiety, depression, and grief.

We strive to:

• Promote client-centered and evidence-based therapy. 
• Provide care that is sensitive to the client’s racial, ethnic, cultural and gender identity.
• Specialize in adoption-related issues including attachment, bonding, and trauma.
• Engage the individual and family system.
• Create a space where each person is heard and valued in their journey toward healing.

Eligibility Criteria for Participation in Counseling Services:

• Participants can attend counseling sessions virtually or in-person on Gladney’s southwest Fort Worth Campus or at our offices in Houston and Dallas. For clients under the age of 12, virtual counseling will be assessed on an individual basis.
• Live in the State of Texas (If you live outside of Texas, please feel free to contact us to assist with a referral in your state)
• Adoption & Foster Community (including but not limited to Adoptive Parents, Birth Parents, Adoptees, Extended Adoptive Family and Siblings, Extended Birth Family, and Foster Parents)
