The Research Associate is responsible for supporting the research activities of the agency under the supervision of the Principal Investigator. The Research Associate will contribute to various aspects of research projects, including data collection, analysis, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research studies, design, test, and evaluate methods and protocols for research projects.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data.
  • Collaborate with other researchers, Gladney staff and clients to conduct research and achieve project goals.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on research findings.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of research data, protocols, and findings.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and managing communication with collaborators.
  • Stay updated on relevant literature, methodologies, and technologies related to the research field.
  • Provide research input to and collaborate with members of the research team.
  • Critically review reports produced by peers, academics and other agencies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and/or qualitative analysis tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards in research conduct.
  • Previous research experience preferred.
