Human Resources Coordinator

Location : Fort Worth | Job Type : Full Time

HR Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator is a valued team member with the passion to work with, coach and support people. Provides an environment of structure, trust with navigating daily schedules and responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • An enthusiastic ambassador and point of contact for "walk-up traffic"
  • Administer HR programs and processes including the annual focal process.
  • Conduct exit interviews -- compile, track and analyze turnover data.
  • Primary contact for general HR questions from Gladney employees.
  • Communicate with employees regarding policies, practices and procedures
  • Respond to day-to-day HR inquiries
  • Provide primary administrative support to HR team
  • Heavy administrative/project responsibilities related to HRP, data analysis, report generation, compensation, medical leave etc.
  • Coordinates onboarding and intake process ensuring attention to detail, state and licensure compliance is met
  • Manages electronic and file document control ensuring information is secured and organized properly and security of private information in maintained.
  • Administers & coordinate programs that enhance the culture and environment.
  • Builds relationships and trust.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources field, preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Microsoft Teams
  • Physically able to lift 25lbs.

  • Energy, spark and enthusiasm for working with people.
  • Strong administrative, organization & project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Must be detail oriented, self-directed and be a strong learner with the capacity for future growth.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and HRIS system
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • High standards of confidentiality, trustworthiness, discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
