To meet state licensing requirements and guarantee your preparedness for employment, it's essential to complete the trainings outlined below within a 12 month time period. 

Annual Training

If you have been in your position for one year or more, you will need to continue your training every year. Please follow your State's Annual Training Requirements below:

  • TX - 20 hours
  • NY - 8 hours
  • NJ - 8 hours
  • PA - 40 hours for full-time and 20 hours for part-time
  • IL - 30 hours every 2 years
  • DE - 24 hours
  • FL - 20 hours
  • NC - 24 hours
  • MO - 20 hours

Please ensure you complete the digital checklist to track your progress. Note: If you've completed any of these trainings elsewhere, provide a copy of the current certificate for consideration of waiver.  In addition, complete the form below for all the trainings below with an asterisk(*).  If a link doesn't work or you have questions about using the digital checklist, please email Nancy Robbins.

2. Trauma Informed Care Training - 4 hours of your choice: Link
3. (TX Only) Normalcy Training for Foster Parents: Link

5. Cultural Competency (Must watch at least 3 hours)

Please ensure you upload a copy of your training certificates and completed exam responses in the Digital Checklist, Remember to click on Save after you enter your information in the checklist. Once you click on Submit, your training is submitted to training.hr@gladney.org.
